60 Second Oven S’mores

Just a few nights ago I sat up on the couch and said “I need s’mores!” I guess summer must have been rubbing off on me or something! We don’t have a grill or a fireplace or a fire pit or a gas stove…..so we made s’mores oven style!


What you need:

~ Graham crackers

~ Chocolate bars (I prefer good ol’ Hersheys)

~ Marshmallows (If you can find the flat square ones they work best!)

~ Aluminum foil & baking sheet


What you do:

Step One: Preheat the broiler on your oven

Step Two: Break the large graham crackers in half to make two squares

Step Three: Lay the graham crackers on a foil lined baking sheet

Step Four: Lay one marshmallow on each graham cracker

Step Five: Place the s’mores under the broiler forĀ  seconds (or less depending on your oven). It is SUPER IMPORTANT to watch the marshmallows, you do not need to close the door to the oven, remove the cookie sheet as soon as the marshmallows start to brown. You do not want your marshmallows to burn or catch on fire!

Step Six: Place chocolate squares on top of the browned marshmallows, add another cracker and smoosh down until the chocolate is melted. Enjoy!
