Honey, I’m hooooome! Welcome back to Delicious Dish Tuesday, my friends. This week I bring you a fresh, simple and AMAZING dish your whole family will enjoy!
What you need:
~ One pkg of chicken breast (we prefer thin sliced)
~ Long grain rice
~ Can of black or pinto beans (whole)
~ Ripe avocado
~ Hot sauce (Frank’s Red Hot for us)
~ Cooking Spray
What you do:
Step One: Rinse and pat the chicken breasts dry. Lay on a greased cookie sheet , spray with cooking spray and season with salt/pepper or seasoning of choice. Bake at 350 degrees until done, about 30 min.
Step Two: Cook rice according to directions.
Step Three: Heat up beans in microwave or stovetop.
Step Four: Dice the avocado (wash before cutting into!)
Step Five: Slice cooked chicken.
Step Six: Layer rice, beans, chicken and avocado pieces, drizzle with hot sauce!
