Creamy Pork And Noodles

We moved back to Colorado a month ago and have been living with my mom while we house shop. It has been so much fun, especially for the kids, because we are always having big family dinners. There is a lot of noise and a lot of craziness! I needed a few new recipes that work well for large families and that everyone will like. That is how I came up with this creamy, filling meal.


What you need:

~ 1lb. pork chops, thinly sliced

~ 2 cans cream of chicken soup

~ 1 packet dry onion soup mix

~ 1/2 C. milk

~ Pepper

~ 1 pkg. wide egg noodles

What you do:

1. Combine cans of soup, soup mix and milk; whisk until well blended.

2. Arrange pork in a single layer in a 9×13 glass dish (greased).

3. Pour soup mixture over the top of the pork chops.

4. Sprinkle with pepper.

5. Bake, uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Check to make sure pork is cooked through.

6. Boil egg noodles and serve pork on top of a bed of noodles.

{Pairs well with peas or green beans.}
