On Monday I started a fitness program (which I will reveal tomorrow!) in order to help get me back into pre-three-children shape. The program involves a meal plan as well as a fitness routine. After going over the principles of the meal plan, it reminded me a lot of “clean” eating which has become very popular. I love the basic ideas behind clean eating, and wanted to look more into it. I think this poster gives the absolute basic premise behind the movement (and quite honestly what is more motivating than our childrens’ health?).
