Moody Sisters Organic Skincare Review and Giveaway

You may or may not already know, but I have three children, all of which have sensitive skin! It is an unfortunate trait that they inherited from me, and there isn’t a week that goes by that someone doesn’t have some sort of reaction to something! My baby boy (who just turned one) is so sensitive that I have not used soap on him since he was a newborn. No matter what I tried, he always ended up with a rash after bath time. Luckily I found Moody Sisters Organic Skincare on etsy! For the last few weeks I have been using their baby wash on Little Bruds, and guess what? No rashes! I am just so pleased that he is able to take a proper bath now, complete with soap! Plus it smells and feels great on the skin! They also included the most amazingly soft and plush wash cloth that all my kiddos love using!

MSBabyWash

I was so excited to try the Moody Sisters products because of their mission:

“Happy {Healthy} Skin for the Whole Family. Tiny Tots to Tiny Grandmas. Bringing skincare back to the basics, using only natural and organic ingredients handmade by two sisters from Cashmere, WA. Changing the way we take care of our skin and earth, one bottle at a time.”

I LOVE that this company was started by two sisters who NEEDED the products that they are creating. It is so comforting to know that they are using these products on themselves and their families, so I know that they will be made with the utmost care and quality!

MSDiaperCream

Along with the baby soap, I was given the opportunity to try the Travel Intense Cream. This can be used as a diaper rash cream, but I have to be honest with you and say that I have not used this on my son’s diaper area! When I first opened the cream and put a little on my hand I decided to keep it for my very own, I love it THAT much! Ever since we moved to North Dakota my skin has been so dry! I developed these raised, red, rough patches on my arms that were so itchy and ugly! I decided to take “before” pictures and start putting the cream on my arms to see if it helped. After just a few applications I was shocked to find that the rough patches were gone. Not better, but COMPLETELY gone! I have not applied the cream in about a week and the dry patches have not returned. I’m amazed. The next time Little Bruds gets a diaper rash I will be sure to apply the Intense Travel Intense Cream and heal it right up!

I’m just curious but have you ever asked your doctor to look at that? It looks and sounds and awful lot like Psoriasis, especially because you have it around your elbows.
