Revolt Fitness Review {Week 5} – Getting Back On Track

I have spent the last week getting back into my Revolt Fitness routine, which I have had the pleasure of reviewing for the last 5 weeks. My family was on vacation for 9 days and I did not do a great job sticking with the program. For that reason, I spent most of last week re-losing some weight, and turning up my motivation! I’m pleased to say that I have gotten back to where I was before the vacation weight-wise, with even a little extra off of my waist! Here are my Week 5 stats:


Week Five:

~ Starting Weight (this week) 147 lbs.

~ Weight loss: Lost 4 pounds this week, down 11 lbs total

~ Lost .5 inches off waist, 1.75 inches lost total

Now you know I love ya, and I know that there is at least one person reading this blog post right now who is frustrated with their body, eating habits or energy level.
