Well you know from my weekly posts that I really love Revolt Fitness, and all the amazing things it is doing for my body and health. I love the workouts, the meal plan is sensible and realistic, but honestly my favorite part is CHEAT DAY! Yah, I’m not ashamed to admit that I love cheat day. I am an eater, I am a baker, I love food. Hubby and I take Saturdays as our cheat day most weeks. Usually on about Wednesday or Thursday we start planning exactly what we are going to eat on cheat day. I’m not kidding, we plan this day out with more attention to detail than any holiday or birthday celebration. And since we mostly go without sugar and carbs during the week, 90% of what we eat on Saturday is carb and sugar based. When I first started Revolt, everyone said, “Be careful on cheat day!” and “Don’t over-do it on cheat day or you will be sorry!” Sorry all about it folks, but I deliciously over-do it every Saturday and I have never been ashamed, nor sorry about it. I read a poster once that said something about one salad will not make you skinny and one fatty meal will not make you fat. I figure since I’m eating 6 days worth of salads and 1 day worth of junk I am pretty much ok right?!? I must be, because I am still losing inches and pounds, so in your face cheat day!
Here are my stats for week 7:
~ Starting Weight (this week) 142 lbs.
~ Weight loss: Lost 1 pound this week, down 13 lbs total
~ Lost .75 inches on waist, 2.5 inches lost total
What would you eat on cheat day?
