For those of you following along with my Revolt Fitness journey, you already know that I have had my ups and downs over the last 8 weeks! For the last week or so I have really struggled with motivation. I haven’t been being very creative with my food lately, and it is causing me to be in a funk! For the next 4 weeks I vow to follow the Revolt meal plan more closely (Nicole is so much more creative than me) and to continue following the fitness routine (I would really like to make all 5 workouts one of these weeks!). Here are my week 8 updates:
~ Starting Weight (this week) 141 lbs.
~ Weight loss: Maintained
~ Maintained waist size, 2.5 inches total
