Revolt Fitness Week 3 – Sneak Peek at Cardio

One of the things that I love the most about Revolt Fitness, which I am currently reviewing for 12 weeks, is that the workouts are different each week. They are intense, calorie burning and sculpting routines that can be done in under 30 minutes, and with minimal equipment. Here are some sample exercises from this weeks’ cardio routine (click images for tutorials):

 A few sets of these will really get your blood flowing, and give you an idea of what the Revolt workouts are all about!
