Coincidentally my memory verse for this week is the exact same as my children’s memory verse for the week! I feel like the Lord may have needed me to really pause and focus on this one.
I decided to help the kids make a visual representation of the verse; we hung it up on the pantry door to help us remember.
The kids each have a leaf that they decorated, and the “fruit” (grapes) have a one word reminder on them of ways that we can stay connected to the Lord on a daily basis.
Love it! This is a memory verse for my kids in homeschool Kindergarten too. Was really neat to do the “experiment “with them showing what happens to a leaf when it leaves the vine. Visuals always make things sink in better for us.

This is a great idea! I don’t have a memory verse but I am going to use this idea! I have a dry erase board on my pantry door and I plan to write a verse there every week, to help remind us of Gods promises! Thanks for a wonderful idea!

I love that! Are you memorizing as part of a study? on your own? I would say that’s probably confirmation that the Lord is speaking to you. I read the same verse the other day. It hit home in a new way to me. =)
